IMG Gaming was a division of the global sports marketing giant IMG, specialising in monetising live sports data. However, the name ‘Gaming’ had become misleading, prompting the need for a rebrand. My agency was commissioned to develop a new name and build a brand that better reflected the company’s positioning, purpose, and vision. The new identity needed to capture IMG ARENA’s role in bringing sports fans closer to the action—offering them a virtual, immersive, ring-side experience.
The rebrand was successfully rolled out across all IMG ARENA’s collateral and communication channels, including the website, film, product launch materials, exhibitions, and trade shows.
In addition to leading the creative direction, I managed the project and acted as the primary client liaison, ensuring all expectations and deliverables were met. The success of the project fostered a long-lasting relationship, leading to continued collaboration even after the client moved on to new roles.
